Terms & Conditions AirAsia Ride Vouchers

1. Voucher is valid for both new and existing users of the AirAsia ride e-hailing service.
2. Multiple redemption per AirAsia ride e-hailing service user per code is allowed.
3. Toll fare is not included in the fare price displayed on the AirAsia ride e-hailing service booking platform after setting the destination.
4. Voucher is not valid for other AirAsia ride’s ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers and/or privileges.
5. Vouchers redeemed on PLUSMiles app are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash, or other promotions/offers.
6. No cancellations are allowed after Vouchers have been redeemed.
7. The remaining amount of the service fee / fare after redemption of the Voucher shall be paid by the AirAsia ride e-hailing service users.
8. Voucher is only applicable within the service area of AirAsia ride e-hailing services.
9. The redemption of the Vouchers and/or the AirAsia ride e-hailing services shall be subject to the applicable terms and conditions and terms of use on https://www.airasia.com/aa/about-us/en/gb/terms-and-conditions.html
10. PLUS and AirAsia Ride reserves the right to add, remove or change any Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
11. Voucher is valid from 22 December 2023 - 31 May 2024.
